We store data securely, restrict access, and retain it only for as long as required to deliver services or meet legal obligations.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@pravontech.com. We do not sell personal data. We use reputable processors for hosting, analytics, and security. International transfers, where applicable, follow appropriate safeguards.
All work is provided subject to a written proposal or statement of work (SoW). Unless otherwise agreed, intellectual property created under a fixed-scope engagement transfers upon full payment; IP produced under consulting time remains with PRAVON until fees are settled, after which usage rights are granted as specified in the SoW.
Clients are responsible for timely access to information, systems, and approvals. PRAVON will exercise reasonable skill and care but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of third-party services. Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months, and excludes indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with notice and opportunity to remedy, or for convenience as set out in the SoW. Governing law and jurisdiction are England and Wales unless agreed otherwise.
